Through interviews, ride-alongs, surveys, and other multi-disciplinary research methods opportunities and insights were collected in the form of raw data. Then it was sythesized, and formulated into a concept based on these findings.
Direct lines of communications are key to insuring faster response times, and fail safes during stressfull times.
The use an ID cards is the best method of carrying the function of a communication device. They are both required and accessible to students, but how do we create meaningful experiences with this new device, and how will they be used in future scenerios that require safety personel.
